Lori Ellaschuk, RMT, EMT-A

Lori’s passion for people and active living began with years of figure skating, instructing aquatic and aerobic classes, teaching swimming to children and adults, and enjoying the rush of motocross. Her new-found love is spending time with her dog Thor. She welcomes the challenges of working with a variety of clients, from elite athletes to infants, and shares her extensive knowledge teaching at Lakeland College’s Massage Therapy Program. Lori values a multidisciplinary team approach to health and believes massage is an important part of achieving overall well-being. She has recently added Cranio Sacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release to her practice, facilitating her clients to achieve a balance of the mind, body and spirit.

Robert Nichols

Robert has never taken his health and fitness for granted having experienced two serious work related injuries in his early twenties. Aware of the limitations associated with chronic pain and inactivity, Robert has been busy with amateur boxing since 1999. No stranger to hard work having grown up on a farm in Bonnyville, Alberta, he has experienced working in a variety of physically demanding jobs from construction to drilling rigs. His hands-on approach to life and strong desire to help people started his career as a Registered Massage Therapist; his experience as a RMT paved way for his interest in personal training. Having graduated from N.A.I,T as a Certified Personal Trainer, Robert looks forward to incorporating a blend of personal care, development and maintenance by merging his skills as a RMT with those as a CPT.

Natasha Chalupa, Pause Therapy

Natasha Chalupa, RMT

Natasha, a Registered Massage Therapist, and graduate from Lakeland College, is passionate about healthy living and the wellbeing of her clients. She was introduced to massage therapy while playing on various competitive basketball and volleyball teams. During her 10 years of competition in high level sport, being an intensely goal-oriented individual, Natasha received massage therapy resulting in effective relief from pain and injuries. She is also certified in Hot Stone Massage and is enthusiastic about its stress relieving and therapeutic uses. Natasha strongly believes that massage therapy is an important part of an individual’s continued wellness, this; paired with her deeply caring nature, makes her an excellent therapist while assisting her clients towards their goals.

Lyndsay Bruckmann, Pause Therapy

Lyndsay Bruckmann, RMT

Lyndsay was born to be a "massage therapist" according to her clients. She graduated from Lakeland College. Lyndsay finds the anatomy of the body fascinating; she prides herself with helping people. She loves working with everyone from infants to seniors, athletes, dancers, pregnant women and injured people. Lyndsay is certified in deep tissue, relaxation, pregnancy and infant massage. Lyndsay plans to further her training and experience by taking cranio sacral and sports massage.
